This has nothing to do with the photos, but I see you like THE QUIET MAN. What a great flick. I'm told it has the longest fist fight in motion picture history.
Another great John Wayne Movie is THE SHOOTIST which has a few lines that are part of my philosophy of life. It goes something like "I was never the smartest, or the fastest, but I was the willingest."
The Quiet Man is a great movie. A couple of years ago, we went to Ireland and got to visit some places where parts of it was filmed (and drink a lot of Guinness).
I have not seen the shootist since I was a teenager. I agree that the line you quote is a great statement.
